FAQ

How do I install Talktalk?

Download the DMG from the download page, open it, drag Talktalk to Applications, and launch it. See the installation guide for details.

I didn't receive my activation link — what now?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, go to the activate page and resend it with your order ID. Still nothing? Email us. See the activation guide for full details.

Do I need to activate again after updating?

No. Installing a new version over the old one keeps your activation automatically.

How do I switch devices?

Each license covers up to 2 Macs. To switch, open Talktalk on your old Mac and choose "Deactivate This Mac".

How do I buy right now?

Go to the buy page and choose your plan. App Store subscriptions activate automatically. For a one-time DMG license, you'll receive an activation code — head to the activate page to activate.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes. Download the app and use Basic mode first. Buy Pro when you're ready.

If the price goes up later, do I pay the difference?

No. Your purchase price is locked in. All future updates remain included regardless of price changes.

What does the license cover?

Single-user license, up to 2 Macs at once. Refunds follow the rules and policies of the respective purchase platform. Reselling or sharing licenses is prohibited.

Does Talktalk collect my data?

No. Your scripts stay on your Mac and are never uploaded. Talktalk does not request camera or microphone access. Activation requires a one-time online check, then you can use it fully offline.
