Your activation link arrives at the email used at checkout.
In most cases it arrives within a few minutes. If you don't see it right away, check your spam folder before anything else.
Resend with your order ID — it's faster than asking support.
If it's definitely not in your inbox or spam, go to the activate page and resend using your order ID. Include your order ID, a payment screenshot, and the email used at checkout for the fastest response.
One license, up to 2 Macs at the same time.
Your license isn't tied to a specific machine. To move to a new Mac, open Talktalk on the old one and choose Deactivate This Mac — no support request needed.
Upgrading keeps your activation. No need to re-enter anything.
For activated users, updating is an over-install. Your license carries over automatically — you don't need to go through the activation flow again.
